Deine Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben
- Du planst und steuerst den gesamten Fuhrpark Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Fahrzeuge optimal eingesetzt werden und der Fuhrpark wirtschaftlich und effizient läuft.
- Du optimierst den Fuhrpark kontinuierlich Du analysierst Abläufe, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und setzt Maßnahmen um, die Kosten senken und Prozesse vereinfachen.

Tes missions
- Tu planifies et pilotes l'ensemble du parc de véhicules Tu veilles à ce que tous les véhicules soient utilisés de manière optimale et à ce que le parc fonctionne de façon économique et efficace.
- Tu optimises le parc en permanence Tu analyses les processus, identifies les potentiels d'amélioration et mets en œuvre des mesures qui réduisent les coûts et simplifient les processus.
- Tu garantis la disponibilité opérationnelle de tous les véhicules et semi-remorques Tu gardes une vue d'ensemble de l'état technique et veilles à ce que chaque véhicule soit opérationnel à tout moment.
- Tu gères tous les documents des véhicules Cela comprend les cartes grises, les assurances, les rapports de contrôle et tous les documents pertinents, que tu tiens à jour et gères de manière structurée.
- Tu surveilles les échéances d'entretien, de contrôle et de service Tu veilles à ce que les inspections, le contrôle technique et antipollution (HU/AU), les contrôles de prévention des accidents (UVV) et les autres échéances obligatoires soient réalisés dans les délais.
- Tu organises les passages en atelier, les réparations et la gestion des sinistres En cas de dommage ou de problème technique, tu coordonnes tout, de la prise de rendez-vous au retour d'information aux services internes.
- Tu pilotes les prestataires externes tels que les ateliers Tu sélectionnes les partenaires adaptés, négocies les prestations et t'assures que la qualité et les coûts sont au rendez-vous.
- Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec l'exploitation Ensemble, vous veillez à ce que les véhicules soient planifiés de façon optimale et à ce que l'activité se déroule sans accroc.
- Tu mets en place un système numérique de gestion de parc et l'entretiens Tu introduis des outils modernes, numérises les processus et veilles à ce que toutes les données soient à jour et disponibles en toute transparence.
Ce que tu apportes
- Formation commerciale ou technique achevée ou qualification comparable
- Expérience professionnelle en gestion de parc de véhicules, en logistique ou dans un environnement technique
